These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Forge A Dream website (forgeadream.com) and your purchase and use of our digital products. By accessing our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Digital Products

All items sold in our shop are digital products (such as PDF printables and other downloadable files). No physical items will be shipped to you. You are responsible for having the necessary software and equipment to open and print the files (for example, a PDF reader and access to a printer or print shop). Product images are for illustration purposes only and do not represent physical goods.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may be changed at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely via our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or others). We do not store your full payment details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or any violation of these Terms, or if a product is listed with an obvious pricing error.

4. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from Forge A Dream, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the files. Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, you may use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use (for yourself, your household or your own classroom). You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload, or give away the digital files, nor claim the designs as your own, nor use them for any commercial purpose or mass production without our prior written permission or a separate commercial license.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are digital and are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any issue with your files (for example, corrupted or incorrect file, download problems), please contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@forgeadream.com and we will do our best to help, including re-sending files or offering a suitable solution at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge A Dream is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or digital products, including printing issues, technical problems or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
