Shipping & Delivery (Digital Downloads)

All products sold by Forge A Dream are digital downloads. This page explains how your files are delivered, when you receive them, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical items. All products in our shop are digital files, such as PDF printables and other downloadable resources. Because of this, there are no shipping fees, no waiting for parcels, and no customs or import charges related to our products.

2. How You Receive Your Files

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to your digital products:

– via a download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
– via an email sent to the address you provided at checkout.

Please download and save your files to your device. We recommend backing them up, for example on an external drive or cloud storage, so you can access them again in the future if needed.

3. Delivery Time

In most cases, your digital products are available immediately after purchase. You should see the download link on the order confirmation page and/or receive an email within a few minutes.

If you do not receive your files within 1 hour:

– please check your spam or junk email folder,
– make sure that the email address entered at checkout was correct,
– and then contact us at support@forgeadream.com with your order number so we can help you.

4. Incorrect Email Address

If you realise that you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at support@forgeadream.com. Include your name, the correct email address, and any details you have about the order (for example, date and amount), so we can locate your purchase and resend your files to the correct address.

5. Problems Downloading Your Files

If you experience any issues downloading your files (such as a broken link, error message, corrupted file, or if the file will not open), please:

– try using a different device or browser, and
– make sure you have a compatible PDF reader or software installed.

If the problem persists, contact us at support@forgeadream.com with your order number and a description or screenshot of the issue. We will do our best to help you access your purchase, including re-sending the files if necessary.

6. Physical Products

At this time, Forge A Dream does not offer printed or shipped physical products. All items are digital downloads that you can print at home or at a local print shop. Any references to printing or physical use in our product descriptions refer to what you can do with the files after you download them, not to products shipped by us.
