1. What is Forge A Dream?

Forge A Dream is an online shop offering high-quality printable products for kids, parents, and families — including learning printables, activity pages, planners and more. All products are digital files you can print at home or at a local print shop.

2. Are your products physical or digital?

All products in our store are digital downloads only.

No physical items will be shipped to you.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link.

3. How do I download my files?

After checkout you will receive:

– An email with a direct download link

– Access to your downloads in your customer account (if you created one during checkout)

You can download your files immediately and as many times as you need.

4. What file format will I receive?

Most products include one or more of the following formats:

– PDF (recommended)
– PNG or JPG
– ZIP folder containing multiple files

File formats are listed on each product page.

5. I didn’t receive my download email — what should I do?

Please check:

– Your spam/junk folder
– The email you used at checkout
– Your customer account downloads section

If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@forgeadream.com and we’ll resend your files.

6. Can I print the files at home?

Yes! All printables are designed for easy printing at home.

You can also print them at:
– Local print shops
– Online printing services
– Office supply stores

We recommend printing on high-quality paper for the best results.

7. Can I use the products for commercial purposes?

No. All files are for personal use only.

You may not:
– Resell
– Reproduce
– Share
– Distribute
– Use commercially

If you need commercial-use licensing, contact us.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we cannot offer refunds or returns.

If you experience any issue with your order, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

9. Can I request custom designs?

Sometimes!

We currently accept limited requests for:
– Custom posters
– Personalized planners
– Name-based printables

10. How do I use and print the files?

– Download the file(s) from your email.
– Open the PDF/PNG/JPG.
– Print at 100% scale (actual size).
– Choose your preferred paper (recommended: 160–250 gsm for posters or planners).

11. Do you update products?

Yes, many of our digital products receive free updates.

Once you purchase a printable, you receive all future updates at no extra cost.
