Because all products at Forge A Dream are digital downloads, our refund policy is a bit different from physical shops. This page explains when refunds are and are not possible, and how we handle any issues with your order.
All items in our shop are digital products (such as PDF printables and other downloadable files). No physical items are shipped. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in the same way as a physical product, which is why our refund policy is different from that of a traditional store.
In general, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree that you are buying digital content and that you lose the right to a standard change-of-mind refund once you have accessed or downloaded the files.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order that is caused by us, we will do our best to fix it. In particular, please contact us if:
– you received the wrong file or a missing file,
– the file is corrupted or will not open despite trying different devices or
software,
– you were charged twice for the same item.
In these cases, we will first try to resolve the issue by re-sending the correct files or providing an alternative download link. If we are unable to fix the problem, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or store credit.
We are not responsible for issues that are outside of our control, such as:
– incorrect email address provided at checkout,
– problems with your device, printer, or internet connection,
– incompatibility with your software (for example, if you do not have a PDF reader),
– printing quality problems related to your printer, ink, paper, or print settings.
We will always try to help with advice and troubleshooting, but these situations do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times, or you believe you were charged in error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@forgeadream.com with your order details. We will review the situation and may, at our discretion, issue a refund for any duplicate or clear accidental orders that have not been downloaded or used.
If you experience a problem with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us may delay the resolution process. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is unjustified or fraudulent.
If you need help with your files or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@forgeadream.com.
Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the problem (screenshots can also be very helpful). We will review your request and respond as soon as we can.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated “Last updated” date if applicable. By continuing to use our website or digital products, you agree to the latest version of this policy.
